I was disappointed when I received my tapestry because some of my favorite parts had been cropped out, but I contacted customer service and they took care of it. They responded promptly and put in the effort to determine where things had gone wrong. They are correcting the issue and shipping me a new one. I couldn't be happier with the way they handled things! Some of the best customer service I have encountered in a long time.

Printing is good quality, and the item seems nice. However it was packaged all folded and I cant seem to get the creases out. Either instructions on how to do this or shipping it in a tube would be cool.

Tapestry looks great. The parts of the tapestry that aren't filled by the image you submit are colored black. I don't remember if the website specifies what color the unfilled space will be, but I didn't really care what color it was so it was fine for me.

I am in love with this new tapestry I ordered for my brother's birthday! He is a lyricist and I wanted a custom tapestry for his new apartment that reflected his past work. As a graphic designer, I am able to make my own designs and sometimes have the misfortune of not seeing my ideas come to light due to bad printing. This company right here? NO COMPLAINTS!!! The fabric is light making it easy to hang without any major screws. The ink took to the fabric so well. It looks exactly like my image I sent in. My only suggestion is to allow for an inch or two bleed so that your image does not cut off, that was on me. The size and quality you get for the pricing? Totally worth it. Lastly, the turn around time is fantastic. The image was printed and shipped out in a week, even during quarantine. That's very reliable in my opinion; and they give you step by step emails of how your order is doing in terms of fulfillment and shipment. Will definitely print with you again!
