Depending on the services the minimum spend threshold can be $1,000 for basic services to $10,000 custom procurement work.  We do not work with clients that are just starting out. 

To maintain our level of quality we also avoid projects with very small delivery windows.  Most of our custom projects take 6-8 weeks.  Some more complex projects can take over a year.

Yes, there will be a highly trained and experienced account manager that can be reached during normal business hours 5 days a week with access to their Skype, Slack, Whatsapp, phone, and any popular form of communication.  

The account manager will be available through every step of the way – from idea formulation to samples production and all the way delivery of the final product.  The transaction is not complete until the items are delivered and verified for quality!

Depending on the project we may require an initial deposit followed by milestone payments. The agreement is based on the complexity of the order, order size, and expected turnaround time.
