Here are answers to some more questions: What is your shipping policy? We ship all orders via USPS first class mail or priority shipping for both domestic and international orders. All customers receive tracking to track order from shipment to delivery. Please note shipping time is different than production time and production time can vary from 1-12 business days depending on availability of stock and seasonality. If more than 7 business days have passed and you have not received your tracking please contact us. How do I track my order? Within a few days after your order we will issue tracking to your e-mail used to place the order. If more than 7 business days have passed and you have not received tracking please contact us and we will check internally. Do you offer bulk discounts? Yes! We offer bulk discounts on most items. Please contact us via chat or send us an email for more information. Most products have wholesale and bulk pricing listed on their product page and are automatically applied at time of checkout! What is your refund policy? We refund in the event of significant product defect or when customer returns the product within 30 days of purchase at the expense of the customer. We do not refund late orders or orders that could not be delivered due to mistyped addresses at the fault of the customer. Please be careful! Can I make changes to my order? Once an order is submitted we usually send to production very quickly to ensure speedy delivery time. Once an order enters production we cannot guarantee cancellation or changes.
