We ordered the case on Dec 3rd, as a Christmas gift for our son. Parcel track showed shipping Dec 13. By Christmas it was not received. Sent an email to follow up and immediately got a response from Chandler who apologized for the time, resent our order. It was received within a week, our son loves it. When Ordering AirPods Pro the custom case for them was a suggested additional purchase. I received them much sooner than anticipated and they work great. Many colors for the case and styles for the lettering as well as artwork are offered. The AirPods case slips right in and the case has a firm closing lid. The lightning charger fits without a problem, but, if using the wireless charger I suggest removing the AirPods case from the custom case. AirPods remove and go back in the cases easily. With two white sets in the house it's great to have the custom cases to identify who they belong to. The art design on one case has a hole in it so light from the AipPods case show through, however, on the other case the artwork does not. Would prefer the light shows on thru them both. Would buy from this company again.
