When we received the pillow it wasn’t great. All the colours were blurred together and you couldn’t make out the image. My daughter was very upset.
I contacted Q. just to inquiry about a replacement. Chandler from their customer service team was amazing.
He looked at our order, explained why the picture didn’t work and agreed to replace the pillow at no charge. He even asked me to send a few photo options to make sure it didn’t happen again.

As much as I liked the product, the delivery took longer than expected due to it being “missent” to different sorting facilities in the tri-stare area, which was tracked through the DHL delivery service they use. Perhaps a simple mistake, which happens. Just a slight annoyance as package was not received at expected date.

Love the idea of securing the delivery but it was a time sensitive package that was on time but delayed because of the signature. Glad I could pick it up the next day at DHL. Loved the pillow case.
