Two woven tapestrys with the total opposite colors arrived looking completely different from the images that I sent in to have printed on the woven tapestrys. They took zero accountability and blamed me saying they sent pictures. The woven tapestrys have a loud obvious navy blue. They arent genuine tapestry woven tapestrys either. Its polyester and they print on it using a sublimation technique. Dont be fooled by the fringe on the side. They refused to replace or give a refund and offered 30% like im going to come back??? Weird.

This custom woven woven tapestry was advertised as a “cotton throw.” In fact, what arrived is comprised of 90% Polyester, and 10% cotton. Its nice-looking, but who wants to curl up in that? Disappointed.

The quality of the woven tapestry is quite nice for the price point. It’s thick and a good size. However, I had a black white image printed and there are a lot of lines in the black printed parts, as if there was a printing error or as if the woven tapestry had been wrinkled up during the drying process, causing the dye to not be even. These lines are most noticeable on the upper parts of the woven tapestry, so I’m very positive it was a printing error. I also chose a high quality image straight from the art source, so there shouldn’t have been an issue with the file submitted. I really like the quality of this woven tapestry, but am super disappointed in the print itself. 🙁
