Due to the nature of the custom products we do not accept refunds except for the following reasons:
- The products arrived defective. Picture proof must be sent to support
- Products were missing
- Products arrived significantly later than the promised date
Qstomize will not accept refunds for the following reason:
- Customer changed their mind or no longer needs their item
- Products arrived later than customer expected.
- Customer uploaded low quality images that were not approved by Qstomize
- Customer supplied an incorrect address (missing apartment number, wrong zip code)
- Customer refused to pick up their item or cooperated with delivery services
- Customer refused to pay possible import taxes or fees (international customers)
Any refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivered date
Orders begin production within 1 hour of payment. We cannot guarantee to cancel an order after it has already entered production.
