The biggest constraint on our products is the shelf life. Most baked goods and filled confections last for weeks, not months. A gifting program in December should be ordered in October. Food products are generally delivered within a few days of their production date, so ordering early does not necessarily ensure you are getting the freshest products. Ask the supplier for the shelf life from the packing date before they give you a delivery date.

Variety is better than intensity. Rather than sending a single flavor to an unknown room, a three-flavor tin means that almost everyone will find something they like. And the tin will get opened at the reception rather than sitting on a shelf until January.

Allergen labelling is NOT optional. If food is going into an office then full disclosure of all allergens will be required. And suppliers should be able to provide this information without request.

The reusable vessel is a genuine part of the value. A steel tin or a glass jar keeps working as storage for years with your label still on it, which is a tail no consumable gets on its own. The wider gifting lineup sits under custom edibles, and presentation materials under packaging.
