Custom Products Policy

Due to the custom nature of promotional products, most items are non-returnable. However, we stand behind our quality.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong products shipped
  • Our production errors (not customer-approved proofs)
  • Damaged items upon arrival

Return Timeframe

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Detailed description of the problem

Refund Process

Approved returns will receive:

  • Full refund to original payment method
  • Or replacement products at no charge

Refunds processed within 5-10 business days.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of all products. If you're not satisfied with the final result due to our error, we will make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-printed or embroidered products (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items outside the 30-day window
