Ordering and Pricing
Quote Requests
Quote requests are not binding orders. Pricing is subject to confirmation and may vary based on quantity, customization requirements, and current market conditions.
Minimum Orders
Most products have minimum order quantities as specified on product pages. Custom orders may have different minimums.
Pricing
All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Bulk pricing tiers are provided as estimates and will be confirmed in your quote.
Customization and Artwork
Artwork Submission
By submitting artwork or logos, you warrant that you have the right to use such materials and that they do not infringe on third-party rights.
Proof Approval
You are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs before production. We are not liable for errors in approved proofs.
Color Accuracy
We strive for color accuracy but cannot guarantee exact matches due to variations in printing processes and materials.
Production and Delivery
Lead Times
Standard production is 10-14 business days after proof approval. Rush services available for additional fees.
Shipping
Shipping costs calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. International orders may be subject to customs fees.
Returns and Refunds
Custom promotional products are generally non-returnable except in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect products shipped
- Errors in our production (not customer-approved proofs)
Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Intellectual Property
All content on Qstomize.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Qstomize and protected by copyright laws.
Limitation of Liability
Qstomize shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or products.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
