Artwork Preparation Guide
File Format Requirements
- Vector Files (Preferred): AI, EPS, PDF - scalable to any size
- Raster Files: PNG, JPG - minimum 300 DPI at actual size
- Avoid: Word docs, PowerPoint, low-resolution images
Color Specifications
- Screen Printing: Provide PMS (Pantone) color codes
- Full Color: CMYK mode (not RGB)
- Embroidery: Thread color codes from our chart
Design Tips
- Keep logos simple - fine details may not reproduce well
- Minimum text size: 8pt for readability
- Avoid gradients for screen printing (use spot colors)
- Provide artwork larger than final print size
