Our Commitment

Qstomize is committed to making our website and services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that ordering custom promotional products should be easy regardless of the assistive technology you use, and we are working continuously to improve the accessibility of Qstomize.com.

Conformance Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

What We’re Doing

• Designing pages with sufficient color contrast and clear typography;
• Providing descriptive alt text for product images and meaningful link text;
• Ensuring keyboard operability of navigation, search, configurators, and checkout;
• Labeling form fields, buttons, and interactive controls for screen readers;
• Avoiding content that flashes more than three times per second;
• Building checkout flows that work with autofill and password managers;
• Reviewing newly added pages and components against WCAG 2.1 AA criteria before release;
• Training our team on accessibility best practices.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Areas we are actively improving include older blog posts authored before our current authoring standards, third-party embedded widgets that we do not directly control, and live mockup previews that rely on visual rendering. If you encounter content that does not work for you, please let us know — we will prioritize it.
