What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product. Most items start at 25-500 units. Some start at just 12. Check the product page for exact minimums.
How long does production take?
Usually 10-14 business days after you approve the artwork. We also offer rush production (3-5 days) on some items for an extra 20-30%.
What customization methods do you offer?
Screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving, pad printing, and full-color digital printing. Which one works best depends on the product and your design. We can help you figure that out.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
We send digital mockups with every order so you can see how your logo looks before production. Physical samples are available for some products at cost.
What file formats do you accept?
AI, EPS, PDF, PNG (high-res), and JPG. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) work best. If you're sending raster images, make sure they're at least 300 DPI.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Every product has tiered pricing - bigger orders mean lower per-unit cost. Discounts range from about 15% to 60% depending on quantity.
Can I mix colors or sizes?
For most apparel and bags, yes. There may be minimum quantities per color or size. Reach out and we'll let you know what's possible.
What is your quality guarantee?
If there's a manufacturing defect or we made an error, we'll replace or refund the order. Simple as that.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination (7-21 business days). Customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
How do I get a free mockup?
Click "Free Mockup" and fill out the form. Our design team will send you a mockup within 24 hours. No charge, no obligation.
Can you help with design?
Yes. We create mockups for every order and can advise on logo placement, sizing, and what will look good on the product.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards, ACH transfers, and net-30 terms for qualifying business accounts.
Are setup fees required?
Some customization methods have a one-time setup fee, usually $25-75. Reorders of the same design don't have setup fees.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. We keep your artwork on file so reorders are easy. No setup fees on repeat orders.
Do you offer samples of blank products?
For most products, yes. Some samples are free, others at cost. Just ask and we'll sort it out.
