  • Do you offer partnerships with resellers?

    Absolutely.  We work with thousands of partners around the world that resell our customized products.

    We can do just about anything such as custom boxes, stickers, products, and much more.

  • Do you have a minimum order?

    On most products we have no minimum order meaning you can order as little as 1 unit.

    For some products the minimum order is 25.

  • Where are you located?

    Our business office is located in Hermosa Beach, California and have factories and fulfillment centers all over the globe.

  • How much is shipping?

    For orders less than $35 you can choose economy shipping for $9.95 or express DHL shipping for $30.

    Orders over $35 get free economy shipping.

    Orders over $250 get free express DHL shipping.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    Most orders under $250 arrive between 2-3 weeks of order.

    Orders over $250 should receive in about one week from payment.

    If you need your products in less time please contact us so we can possibly put you ahead in the queue.

  • What is your refund policy?

    Due to the nature of the products, we accept refunds only under the following conditions: 1.) there was something defective in the products you received OR 2.) you paid for express shipping but we did not deliver in the promised time frame.

  • Will I receive a tracking number?

    Every customer is e-mailed a tracking number when their product ships.
