What Shipping Methods are Available?

We offer USPS first class mail, priority mail and Express DHL for all customers domestic and international. Shipping rates are determined by location and shipping weight. Rates are subject to change by USPS. Every item from Qstomize.com is printed-to-order at our trusted printing partner facilities across the globe. All of our products involve some production time in addition to the time they take to ship

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship to every country that USPS ships to which is over 200 countries. Most likely, yes we can ship to your country.

How Do I Track My Order?

Within a few days after your order we will issue tracking to your e-mail. If more than 7 business days have passed and you have not received tracking please contact us and we will check internally.

Can I Make Changes To My Order?

Once an order is submitted we usually send to production very quickly to ensure speedy delivery time. Once an order enters production we cannot guarantee cancellation or changes. If you need cancellation please contact us immediately.



What Payment Methods are Accepted?

We accept credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Amazon payments. In rare cases we will also accept bank transfers for qualified companies.

What is Your Return Policy?

Due the the nature of the products we only accept returns if the products arrive defective, are delivered extremely late, or Qstomize made a mistake in the order. Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery unless the products arrive defective and the customer sends proof of defects.

We have a very, very low return rate and advise our customers to order sample products before placing a large order.

We can make exceptions and offer replacement products on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us immediately and we will do our best to handle any situation.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

All orders begin production almost immediately after purchase. After order is placed we cannot promise cancellation or refund.



Can I Receive a Sample Before Making a Big Purchase?

Sure!  Please contact us at business@qstomize.com and we will arrange for you a samples pack (just pay shipping)

Our main HQ is located at the beautiful Rehoboth Beach, Delaware with a remote team working worldwide and fulfillment centers in California, North Carolina, Wisconsin, and Colorado.
