Intellectual Property & Artwork Policy

You Own (or Are Licensed To Use) What You Upload

When you upload artwork, logos, photos, illustrations, fonts, slogans, characters, or any other content to Qstomize for printing or production (collectively, “Customer Artwork”), you represent and warrant that:

• You either own the Customer Artwork outright, or you hold all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to reproduce it on the products you order;
• The Customer Artwork does not infringe the copyright, trademark, trade dress, right of publicity, right of privacy, or any other right of any third party;
• Reproducing the Customer Artwork on the goods you ordered will not violate any law, regulation, or court order; and
• Any names, logos, signatures, or likenesses depicted appear with the appropriate consent of the people or entities involved.

License You Grant Us

You grant Qstomize and its production partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to reproduce, modify, store, transmit, and otherwise use Customer Artwork solely for the purposes of producing and fulfilling your order, providing customer support, complying with the law, and (where you have separately consented) showcasing completed work in our portfolio or marketing.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Green Lunar LLC, Qstomize, our affiliates, employees, vendors, and production partners from and against any third-party claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your Customer Artwork, (b) your representations and warranties under this policy, or (c) any alleged infringement of third-party rights by the production of your order.

Artwork We Will Not Print

Even if you provide consent or assert ownership, Qstomize reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any order — without obligation to issue a refund for work already performed — that we believe in good faith involves:

• Third-party trademarks, logos, brand names, or trade dress (including sports teams, universities, entertainment franchises, character marks, and fashion brands) without documentation of authorization;
• Copyrighted images, characters, songs, or text belonging to third parties (including stock photos used outside of license, AI-generated images that closely resemble copyrighted characters, and unlicensed font glyphs);
• Celebrity names, photos, signatures, or likenesses without documented consent (right of publicity);
• Counterfeit reproductions of branded merchandise;
• Currency, government seals, military insignia, or law-enforcement badges in a manner that may be deceptive or unlawful;
• Content prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.

How To Show Authorization

If we ask you to substantiate your right to use a third-party mark or work, acceptable documentation typically includes a written license agreement, a brand-authorization letter, a trademark assignment, a model release, or — for your own employer’s logo — an email from someone with apparent authority on the brand owner’s domain. We may ask for additional information at our discretion.

If We Receive a Complaint About Your Order

If a third party notifies us that your Customer Artwork infringes their rights, we will follow our DMCA Policy for copyright complaints, and a comparable notice-and-removal process for trademark and other claims. We may pause, cancel, or refuse to ship the affected order while we investigate.

Our Own Content

All content on Qstomize.com that is not Customer Artwork — including site copy, photos, graphics, layouts, mockup templates, software, and the Qstomize name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Green Lunar LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of it without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these terms.
