Shipping
Free shipping is included on every order. Because each item is custom-made for you, the total time from order to delivery breaks down as:
- Production: 5–15 business days after artwork approval
- Shipping: 5–15 business days (tracked)
- International: Add 7–21 business days for shipping; customs duties are the customer's responsibility
Total domestic experience: typically 10–30 business days (~2–6 weeks) end to end.

Rush production is not a self-service checkout option, but we can often accommodate tight timelines on a case-by-case basis. Contact us about rush production and we'll let you know what's possible based on your product, quantity, and target date.

We ship worldwide. Customers responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Report damaged or lost shipments within 48 hours. We will file claims with carriers and arrange replacements.
