Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order. Because each item is custom-made for you, the total time from order to delivery breaks down as:
- Production: 5–15 business days after artwork approval
- Shipping: 5–15 business days (tracked)
- International: Add 7–21 business days for shipping; import VAT, duties, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility
Total domestic experience: typically 10–30 business days (~2–6 weeks) end to end.

Rush production is not a self-service checkout option, but we can often accommodate tight timelines on a case-by-case basis. Contact us about rush production and we'll let you know what's possible based on your product, quantity, and target date.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all domestic orders. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.
Tracking
Tracking numbers provided for all shipments via email.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Some orders are produced and shipped from outside your country and may incur import VAT, customs duties, or other import fees on delivery. These charges are not included in the price shown at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Report damaged or lost shipments within 48 hours. We will file claims with carriers and arrange replacements.
