Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: April 25, 2026

Why This Policy Exists

Qstomize is a custom-production platform. Once an order ships, the goods carry our workmanship into the world. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes what we will and will not produce, what conduct is and is not allowed on our website, and the consequences for violating these rules. It supplements (and is incorporated by reference into) our Terms & Conditions.

Content We Will Not Produce

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or destroy any order — at any stage of production — that we determine, in our sole discretion, contains or promotes:

  • Sexual content involving minors, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or anything that sexualizes a person who appears to be under 18. We report suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.
  • Threats of violence against an identifiable person, group, or place; incitement to imminent lawless action; or instructions for making weapons or explosives.
  • Hate speech that attacks or dehumanizes a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, disability, or serious disease.
  • Symbols or branding of designated terrorist organizations or violent extremist groups, except for clearly educational, journalistic, counter-speech, or historical purposes.
  • Doxing — personal contact information, home addresses, or other private identifying information of third parties without consent.
  • Sexually explicit material (legal adult content), unless we have separately approved the order in writing for an age-gated, lawful B2B context. We are not, by default, an adult-printing platform.
  • Counterfeit, infringing, or unauthorized branded reproductions (see our Intellectual Property & Artwork Policy).
  • Deceptive or fraudulent content, including fake government documents, counterfeit currency, fake credentials or identification, deceptive medical claims, and forged signatures.
  • Content that promotes illegal drug sales, illegal weapons sales, human trafficking, or other clearly unlawful conduct under U.S. federal law or the law of the destination jurisdiction.
  • Cruelty to animals or content celebrating or instructing acts of cruelty.
  • Self-harm content that promotes, glamorizes, or instructs suicide, eating disorders, or other forms of self-injury.

Content That Requires Extra Review

Some content is lawful but sensitive enough that we may pause production to ask questions. This includes (without limitation):

  • Cannabis, CBD, kratom, and similar regulated-substance branding (legal in some jurisdictions, restricted in others — we may need to confirm your destination, age-gating, and compliance);
  • Firearm, ammunition, or tactical-industry branding;
  • Political-campaign material near a U.S. election (we may verify the registered committee);
  • Medical, financial, or legal-services claims that imply credentialing;
  • Religious or culturally protected imagery used in a context we cannot verify.

These reviews are not judgments about the legitimacy of your business — they exist so we can keep producing for everyone without becoming an unwitting party to harm.

Prohibited Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or any related system without our express written authorization;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the site, our APIs, or the orders of other customers (including denial-of-service activity, scraping that materially burdens our infrastructure, or attempts to bypass rate limits);
  • Use any automated means to extract data from the site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt and published API terms;
  • Submit false information at checkout, use stolen payment credentials, or attempt chargeback fraud;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, mockup, order, or admin interface;
  • Use the site to transmit malware, phishing content, or unsolicited bulk email;
  • Misrepresent your identity, your authorization to act on behalf of an organization, or your right to use submitted Customer Artwork.

Reporting Violations

If you believe an order, listing, mockup, or another user is violating this policy, please email trust@qstomize.com with as much detail as you can provide (URLs, order numbers, screenshots). We investigate every report.

Consequences

If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may, in our sole discretion:

  • Refuse, pause, cancel, or destroy any related order;
  • Withhold a refund for work already performed in good faith before the violation came to our attention;
  • Suspend or terminate your account and refuse future orders;
  • Preserve and disclose information to law enforcement or affected third parties as we believe is necessary or appropriate.

Changes to This Policy

We may revise this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
