Shipping was super fast. The quality is not as great as I thought. I got acrylic and the image seems to be coming off already. I also asked for the writing to be in white and at the lower right hand corner but it came in the upper left hand corner and in black writing which I was disappointed about. Was it worth the the price? Probably not. Something easy and simple if you need a last minute idea for an anniversary gift. I probably won’t purchase another one though.

A lot of the pieces weren’t cut all the way through. I had to rip the paper off the backing of pieces that were not cut. Other than that, looks great.

The picture I sent in got cropped a lot, I wish that maybe they would be able to give a preview of what the puzzle will look like, but I understand that may not be possible. Unfortunately the mail carrier completely bent the package (it doesn’t come in a box, it came in a bubble wrap envelope) and the puzzle pieces got bent and damaged right down the middle. Maybe a “do not bend” sticker would help this issue, or shipping them in a box.
