Wristbands are the basic form of event id. They can be made of Tyvek or silicone, depending on whether the event id should be kept as a memento of the event or be torn up at the end of the event. Tyvek wristbands are waterproof and tear resistant and include a tamper evident adhesive tab which destroys when attempted to be removed and handed over to someone else at a gate.
Color. 12 different stock colors. You can code by day, by access level, by age for the bars or by session. Most experienced operators run at least two of these dimensions and it can translate to the decision made at the gate.
Sequential numbering is usually free and is worth taking. This numbered band can be used as a claim ticket for a raffle, for bag checks, for counts of capacity etc.
Order quantities here are large by catalog standards, often 500 or more, and per-unit cost falls steeply. Banners and stands are under signage and displays, with booth items under trade show giveaways.
