Sizes and bulk pricing
Prices are per piece and include the embroidered design and one outfit. The custom plush mascot comes in three sizes:
- 8 inch: $24.95 at 100 pieces, $17.95 at 250, $14.50 at 500, $12.50 at 1,000
- 10 inch: $30.95 at 100, $23.25 at 250, $19.10 at 500, $16.80 at 1,000
- 12 inch: $36.95 at 100, $28.45 at 250, $23.80 at 500, $21.00 at 1,000

How an order works
- Send your artwork. Front view is enough; a side and back view helps. Tell us the size, quantity and the date you need them.
- Design proof. We send a production drawing showing colours, proportions and where each embroidered detail goes. You mark changes until it is right.
- Sample. We make a physical sample, or send detailed photos of it when the date is tight. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.
- Production and delivery. Once the sample is approved we make the full run and ship it to your door, duties and import paperwork included.
Lead time is 15 to 45 days, depending on complexity. A simple character with a plain body and a few embroidered details sits at the short end. A detailed mascot with a full outfit, accessories and a physical sample sits at the long end. If you have an event date, tell us on day one and we will say honestly whether it can be met before you pay anything.
Quality you can check

- Soft short-pile plush in colours matched to your palette.
- Clothing sewn as real garments: knit sweaters, jerseys, hoodies, scarves and polos, with your crest or lettering embroidered or printed.

- Children's product safety: plush sold in the US for children under 12 must meet CPSIA and ASTM F963. Tell us if your mascots are going to young children and we will confirm testing for your order.
Promotional stuffed animals and teddy bears with your logo
No mascot? You do not need one. Our custom stuffed animal comes as a bear, dog, cat, unicorn or bunny, about eight inches tall sitting, wearing a removable t-shirt or bandana with your logo embroidered on it.
