Who we are
Qstomize is a custom-products platform operated by Green Lunar LLC, a Delaware-based company with team members across the US, Latin America, and Asia. We help businesses — from two-person startups to Fortune 500 procurement teams — get logo'd products made well, priced fairly, and shipped on time.
Today we're a small, profitable team. We aren't venture-funded, we don't hire to fill org charts, and every role on this page exists because the work won't fit on the people we already have.
How we work
Customer-obsessed, not customer-flattering
We tell customers the truth — including when their idea won't work. Then we help them get to one that will.
Ship the smallest thing that moves the metric
We prefer one shipped improvement today over a perfect plan next quarter. Big bets earn their way in by starting small.
Sweat the craft
Whether it's a print job, a Slack reply, or a checkout flow — the work either reads as careful, or it doesn't. We aim for careful.
Own the outcome end-to-end
No throwing over the wall. The person who designed the mockup talks to the customer. The person who shipped the bug fixes the bug.
