Product description
Custom embroidered patches are available with iron-on, sew-on or Velcro backings. The patches come in sizes from 2 inches up to 5 inches in diameter and we can achieve up to 80% thread coverage to create detailed designs. Because embroidery creates a raised patch with texture, it always looks premium compared to printed patches. We also seal the edge of the embroidery with a heat-sealed border to stop the patch from fraying. Embroidered patches are great for corporate uniform programs, because the embroidery will survive through industrial laundering, whereas screen printed patches will get destroyed after a few washes. Military units, security companies, and fire departments use custom patches for identification, whereas motorcycle clubs and sports teams use them for membership. Streetwear brands are also starting to use custom patches as a form of collectible merchandise. Iron-on patches are great because they can be applied to a jacket in 30 seconds, making it instantly branded. These custom patches can be applied to polo shirts, jackets and even baseball caps to create a complete uniform, or they can be paired with custom lanyards to create event credentials.
